Job Purpose: To manage the technical support related to the operations and maintenance of water and sanitation infrastructure to ensure effective and efficient service delivery at regional level

Requirements
An appropriate three-year career-related tertiary qualification (national diploma or degree) in Logistics or any study field related to the position At least three years’ relevant experience in a local authority water and sanitation network environment, of which at least one year should be at supervisory level A valid Code B driving licence and own transport Computer literacy Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost Personal attributes Analytical thinking skills; communication skills; problem-solving skills; ability to and/or competencies work as part of a team; ability to work under pressure; flexibility
Duties
Manage the rendering of administrative maintenance operations Ensure the evaluation and approval of new materials for use in water distribution and waste water collection networks Ensure responses to customer complaints to resolve problems Control and manage all vehicles and equipment allocated to the function
