    •Plan all related maintenance work and assign the appropriate priority to all tasks.

    Essential Requirements:
    •National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
    •Registered as a Professional Electrical or Electronic Engineering Technician with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
    •Valid Basic First Aid certificate or to be completed within 6-12 months from date of appointment.
    •Valid motor vehicle driving license.
    •5 years relevant post registration experience.
    •Computer Literacy.

    Special Conditions:
    •40 hour-5 day week; flexi hours to be agreed with Deputy Head: Technical Support.
    •Protective Clothing as per the PPE.
    •Incumbents will be subject to transfer/ relocation to any of the Electricity Directorate’s depots or divisions as required.
