3 Year Diploma in IT Project Management Certificate ITIL (Advantage) 2 years IT experience in System Analysis, Design and Development, 2 years of experience working with Linux Systems (Ubuntu, CentOS or similar Familiarity with SQL and database operations Familiarity with Linux Operating System Familiarity with coding or scripting (e.g., JS, Python, Linux) Familiarity with Cybersecurity tools and technologies Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines Problem Solving Communication Ability to work in a team Client orientation and customer focus . 1

Key performance areas include but are not limited to: Examine and evaluate systems Research and test new technologies Conduct proof of concepts and pilots Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features Implement cybersecurity technologies Monitor logs and reports for cybersecurity incidents Conduct Vulnerability Assessments on Infrastructure and Applications Ability to create and maintain scripts Document interfaces between new and legacy systems Validate changes by testing programs Ability to build and deploy applications using CI/CD Perform SQL queries Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features Documenting any processes which employees need to follow to successfully work within our computing system
