Knowledge in the field of Disability. Knowledge OF Social Development System, Public Financial Management Act, relevant financial management policies and practices and other relevant policies and legislation. Valid driver’s license. COMPETENCIES: Extensive knowledge of relevant Public Service policies and legislation. Report-writing and presentation skills. Computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint). Good interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel. The ability to work under pressure DUTIES: Assist in the development of responsive programmes and policies for substance abuse prevention treatment and rehabilitation. Facilitate programme implementation on substance abuse prevention treatment and rehabilitation. Facilitate funding of organisations and centres for substance abuse prevention treatment and rehabilitation. Monitor compliance to legislative prescripts and norms and standards. Facilitate transformation of services on substance abuse prevention treatment and rehabilitation programmes. Evaluateandmonitorperformanceandappraisalofemployees.
