Requirements
Qualifications: A Doctoral degree in Fashion Design or Relevant qualification on NQF10. Experience: Three years’ relevant experience at Lecturer level. Experience in integration of CAD/CAM tools into both academic and industry-relevant contexts. Other Requirements: Postgraduate supervision experience, either as a main or co-supervisor. Publication record in DHET accredited/peer-reviewed journals, books or conference proceedings. Papers delivered at national and/or international conferences. Active participation in community-based projects. Active participation in industry initiatives, projects or programmes. Evidence of proficiency in fashion Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, for teaching, curriculum development, and design application.
