    Team Leader - Salary level 08 – Re-advertisement
    Salary: R 413 001 – R 486 501 p.a. exclusive of benefits
    Location: John Taolo Gaestewe District: Moshaweng (Dithakong) Local Office (Ref No.: SAS NC26/07/01)
    Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA in the following discipline Public Administration/ Business
    Administration/ Economics/ Development Studies/ Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce/ Social Science / Social Security.
    coupled with 3 years’ supervisory experience (Social Security); Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.
    Added Advantage: Understanding of Grants Administration, SASSA’s constitutional mandate, relevant policies and legislation in the Public Service will be an added advantage.
    Duties: The incumbent will be responsible for Coordination and supervision of various functional areas within the Local Office; Promote Service Delivery initiatives to improve efficiency; Management of staff
    at lower levels; Implement norms and standards in the grants value chain.

    Senior Grants Administrator: Grants Administration Salary Level 07 - Re-advertisement
    Salary: R 338 106 – R 398 277 p.a. exclusive of benefits
    Location: Pixley Ka Seme District – Prieska Local Office (Ref No.: SAS NC26/07/04)
    Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA in the relevant field coupled with 3 years’ experience in
    Grants Administration; Computer literacy and a Valid Driver’s Licence are essential.
    Duties: The incumbent will conduct quality assurance and completeness of supporting documents to applications; Verify applications, means test requirements and related declarations; Approve or reject
    applications for various grant types; Perform other grants value chain functions in relation to Beneficiary Maintenance, Medical bookings, Customer Care services as well as off-site services; Oversee and
    supervise the quality of the administration of social grants processes and advise on policies and processes within the grants value chain; Manage staff performance and resources; Ensure adherence to
    Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3)

    Supervisor: Records Management - Salary level 07 - Re-advertisement

    Location: Records Management Centre - Kimberley (Ref No.: SAS NC26/07/05)
    Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA in the relevant field coupled with 2 years’ experience in
    Records Management; Knowledge of the Agency’s Constitutional mandate, relevant policies and legislation. Planning and Organizing; Innovation; Time management; Policy advise and people
    management. Computer literacy is essential.
    Added Advantage: A Valid Driver’s Licence.
    Duties: The incumbent will be responsible for day to day planning and work organization of the MIS unit; Supervision of the MIS staff; Oversee the capturing of beneficiary application files and documents
    (loose correspondence); Oversee the disposal of records (archive, transfer and destruction of files and documents); Oversee the file retrieval and returns from and to the warehouse and book out/in of files
    to internal and external clients; Administration of the MIS systems (logging of system problem calls and testing of resolved calls); Assist with audits on compliance of the document management system,
    Quality assurance of all files and loose correspondence captured; Oversee the scanning and indexing of beneficiary files documents; Analysing the MIS reports; Resolve the exceptions and communicate
    outcomes and training of MIS staff.
