    Requirements

    A Matric or Grade 12 certificate and a three (3) year National Diploma in Office Management and Technology / Administration / Public Management or related equivalent qualification at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA. A related qualification at NQF Level 7 will be an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. A valid driver’s licence. Strong administrative and organizational skills... Knowledge of manual or electronic filing systems... Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality... Ability to work in team... Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)... Ability to work with cross-functional teams... Pay attention to details... Ability to work under pressure... Self-motivated... Willing to adhere to SAHPRA Code of Conduct... Knowledge of Medicines and Related Substances Act and other relevant legislations, protocols, regulations, and guidelines.

    Duties

    Receive and allocate applications for screening and maintaining a database, Provide feedback to applicants regarding their applications, Organise Committees, Sub-committees/Working Groups, Business Unit, Peer-Review, and any other stakeholder meetings, Implement other duties within the Business Unit, including travel arrangements for stakeholders and training, Capture and collate payments for applications and supporting documents, confirmation of payments and submit them to the Finance Unit for revenue recognition, Manage records within the Business Unit and all POEs for performance reporting (APP, AOP and Business Plan), Support auditing process in collaboration with the Quality Management Systems and Finance Business Units...
