    PROJECT MANAGER (5 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT) Remuneration: R45000 per month Purpose of the position: The Project Manager will be responsible for Planning, Directing, Organizing and Controlling project activities under the supervision of the General Manager: Technical Training Operations. Job Requirements: • B Degree or equivalent in building construction or related industry • Project Management Certificate, Advanced Project Management Certificate will be an added advantage • 5-8 years of experience in Project Management within Construction or related industry Skills and Competencies: • Effective leadership skills to manage and guide a diverse team • Fostering a conducive working environment and encouraging collaboration and team spirit • Strong communication skills for liaising with team members, stakeholders and clients • Translating complex project details into understandable terms, and presenting project updates and reports • Ability to use project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, to plan, track, and report project progress Key Performance Areas: • Create and define project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders • Develop detailed project plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for tasks, • Assigning tasks to internal teams and assisting with schedule management • Monitoring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques • Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measures • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of the projects • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders • Generate Weekly, Quarterly and Monthly reports • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • And any other construction project work related duties.
