    The Programme Manager provides programme management and coordination support within the CEO’s Office, reporting to the Senior Manager: Programme. The role is responsible for coordinating strategic projects and executive initiatives, monitoring implementation progress, preparing reports and submissions, and supporting alignment between programme delivery and organisational priorities. This includes supporting stakeholder coordination, tracking action items and deliverables, assisting with governance and reporting requirements, and contributing to the effective execution of high-impact programmes that advance sustainable growth for small enterprises.

    Requirements

    Qualifications NQF Level 7 in Business Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field. NQF Level 8 in Business Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage. Experience 5 – 7 years’ relevant experience in programme or project coordination, strategic support, or executive support within a complex organisational environment. Experience in preparing reports, presentations, and governance submissions for senior leadership structures. Good stakeholder engagement, planning, and coordination skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.     Duties

    Coordinate and monitor progress on strategic initiatives and provide regular status updates to the Senior Manager: Programme and the CEO’s Office. Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of programme activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives. Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and board or executive submissions for decision-making and governance processes. Coordinate engagement with internal and external stakeholders and follow up on agreed actions, milestones, and deliverables. Maintain accurate records of programme activities, executive decisions, and supporting documentation within the CEO’s Office. Support compliance with corporate governance standards, internal policies, and reporting requirements relevant to programme delivery.
