    Requirements

    A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification that relates to the built environment or infrastructure planning (Master’s degree preferred) Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience pertaining to strategy development and infrastructure planning.

    Duties

    Lead the review and refinement of Sector plans and the prioritisation framework in support of spatial strategy and other national infrastructure guidelines or regulations. Lead the development of tools that aid in identifying efficiencies across sectors plans. Lead the development of systems for co-ordination, planning, analysing, prioritising, capturing, tracking and monitoring of infrastructure projects to support decision making. Oversee and contribute to the institutionalising of refinements, support systems, annual reporting and area-based infrastructure co-ordination. Lead the mapping and development of a system for refining, maturing and embedding sector planning, project preparation and, ensure strategy and budget alignment.
