Remuneration

Duties (key result areas/outputs)
Responsible for overall supervision and management of Porters. Management of mortuary equipment, assets and consumables. Ensure effective and efficient mortuary administration and handling of bodies. To provide an effective and efficient support to Support Services Managers.
Inherent requirements of the job
A Valid driver’s licence. Willingness to work night shifts, public holidays, weekends, overtime and be on standby.
Experience
Appropriate supervisory experience of staff and mortuary administration.
Note
Candidates will be subjected to a practical/written and oral assessment.
Minimum educational qualification
General Education and Training Certificate (GETC) / Grade 9 / STD7.
Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel and Word). Knowledge of applicable death administration legislations and relevant policies. Knowledge of infection prevention and control.
