NETWORK / TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST

Key Responsibility Areas:
•Installing, maintaining and enhancing system software products which are performance critical.
•Identify and resolving problems.
•Providing consultancy services and assistance to other sections within the department.
•Providing support and assistance in planning for disaster recovery events and assessment of
impact such outages.
•Implement project plans using project management tools.
•Performing multiple platform and open systems related to tasks.
•Ensuring that all the correct platform is chosen for the appropriate package/system.
•Managing capacity planning and performance tuning activities for hardware and system
software.
•Installing, customizing and maintaining enterprise storage management software to administer storage area.

Essential Requirements:
•Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field.
•Valid motor vehicle driving license
•3 years relevant experience
•Computer Literacy.
