    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Qualification: Grade 12. National Diploma/Degree in Public Management or equivalent. Valid code B Driving License
    Experience: 3 years’ experience with MPAC or Local Government research.
    Skills: Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills, with understanding of local government legislation, auditing and financial management
    Knowledge and Scope of work: Proven ability to juggle a complex of workload, prioritize effectively
    The competency level for this position is based on Annexure A of the Municipal Staff Regulations Government Notice No.890, Government Gazette 45181, 20 September 2021: Internal Audit Competency Framework Level 2.
