Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate Completed the relevant qualification needed to moderate NC: Automotive MechanicL4: SAQA:118733 Qualified Artisan with a recognized Trade Test Certificate in Automotive Mechanics. Registered Assessor and Moderator with the relevant SETA and/or Quality Assurance Body. Current and valid Moderator registration for the applicable Automotive qualification. TVET sector experience Minimum of 2 years Moderator experience Valid driver’s license
Duties
Moderate NC: Automotive Mechanic L4: SAQA: 118733 -unit standards for OC certification Preparation of files for external moderation (verification) Ensure full compliance Provide detailed feedback to assessors and recommend areas for improvement. Compile comprehensive moderation reports for submission to the relevant SETA or QCTO
