Degree/BTech in Town Planning and/or Land Administration *5-8 years’ experience at a local government authority in planning and land admin field *Valid Code B driver’s license KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *Manage the implementation of land reform within the municipal area *Prepare and manage the annual budget for the Unit *Manage the processes of land acquisition, disposal and expropriation *Land administration and management *Manage Unit staff * Engagement in Stakeholder Management.
