POSITION : MANAGER: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
TASK GRADE : T16
SALARY SCALE : R660 072 – R856 740 pa
REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) /Bachelor Degree in Human Resources (NQF Level 7) • 5 years in the Human Resources field, 3 years must be in a supervisory level • Valid Driver’s Licence • Having a Certificate in Municipal Finance Management/Registration confirmation will be added as advantage • NQF Level 8 will be an added advantage • Registration/proof of registration process with a professional body will be added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Leading in the implementation of HR strategies and policies • Leading in preparing and managing the sectional budget • Manage the coordination specific sequences associated with the employment of personnel • Develop, plan and manages employment Equity Planning, managing and controlling budgets • Oversee procedures and processes associated with maintaining sound employment relations and industrial peace • Managing and leading procedures and processes associated with maintaining Employee Wellness • Control processes and procedures to ensure sound budgeting and financial management aligned with strategy and service delivery.
