Lead Consultant: Integration Architect

Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science /Information Technology/ Data Science - at least NQF level 6 or a verified / certified alternative equivalent @ NQF Level 6. Certificate: TOGAF Certification/ Integration Architecture Certification/ Cloud Architecture Certification/ API Management Certifications Experience: 8 years' experience in the ICT field, including minimum of 5 years practical experience in: Enterprise Integration Architecture, API Management, Middleware Platforms, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Event-Driven Architecture and systems engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in large-scale enterprise and government integration programmes. Experience designing integration solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. Knowledge of: Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) ,API-led Connectivity, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) ,Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) ,REST APIs ,SOAP Web Services ,GraphQL , Messaging Technologies ,Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) ,API Gateway Technologies , Cloud Integration Platforms ,Microservices Architecture Data Integration and ETL ,Security Architecture ,IAM and OAuth2 OpenID Connect , Government Interoperability Frameworks ,Data Governance Principles and Frameworks, ICT Governance and Compliance; Extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies. Methodologies, including Testing, Packaging and Release; IT Quality Management. Business Process Management; General Financial Management; ICT Procurement practices; IT Security and ICT Standards; COTS (Commercial of the Shelf) Products; OSS (Open Source Software) Products; Application Maintenance and Support; Enterprise architecture framework (TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF, MODAF, GWEA Framework, MIOS); Extensive knowledge of user in Leadership Competencies Collaboration Initiating, developing and maintaining cooperative relationships with individuals and groups within a particular business/ industry/ region.
