National Diploma in Information Technology ; ? 5+ years IT support experience ; ? Microsoft Certification ; ? Driver's License ; ? Database administration and maintenance ; ? Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues ; ? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products ; ? Telecommunication systems ; ? Access control and CCTV systems ; ? Server administration and virtualization ; ? Office 365 Administration ; ? Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD administration ; ? Adobe Acrobat (professional version and its tools) ; ? Key Responsibilities Receive and prioritise end-user support calls and requests ; ? Troubleshoot problems with remote and local users and visit user sites to diagnose and resolve application and operating system-related issues ; ? Provide guidance to new users on start-up/log-on procedures and software tools ; ? Create user accounts and configure permissions and security ; ? Provide technical support on operating systems and software applications ; ? Diagnose software-related problems ; ? Install, configure, and test applicable software and hardware ? Perform upgrades and repairs to software and hardware ; ? Liaise with vendors on hardware failures ; ? Provide in-depth training to end-users to enhance their technical knowledge ; ? Install, configure, and maintain servers, wireless networks, and telecom systems ; ? Configure and maintain Office 365, including user access and security policies.
