Requirements
New graduates with a 3-year Degree / Diploma in Financial Management (Economics, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or Auditing) or equivalent qualifications will also be considered, The applicant must be motivated and, where necessary, make changes in the financial administration, Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Excel & Word Computer Program, The candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 35. The candidate will be required to sign an internship agreement together with the employment contract, which is to ensure that the candidate is willing to attend the program. PURPOSE OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM Introduce youths to Municipal Finance Management, Involvement in a strategic financial reform capacity, Assist with the implementation of Financial Management reform processes, Must be able to review existing processes and procedures and recommend more effective systems; Must also be prepared to serve in other sections of the Finance Sub-Directorate, Attending regular workshops, Must also be prepared to learn more about municipal finance. This training program aims to train candidates in practical Local Government Finance.
