Requirements
Matric (grade 12) with Maths and ScienceCompleted theoretical modules for Chemical Engineering degree program.Demonstrable experience with engineering principles and laboratory techniques related to chemical processes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.Commitment to safety and environmental standards in engineering practices.
Duties
Assist in the design and analysis of chemical processes under the guidance of senior process controller.Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate chemical properties and reactions.Collect and analyse data to aid in process improvement initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects and safety assessments.Prepare detailed reports on findings and present results to the engineering team.Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes.Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workplace.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
