POSITION : ICT INTERN X2 (CRADOCK & MIDDELBURG)
SALARY : R5000 pm
DURATION : 2 YEARS

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: •Assist with end-user support• Assist with Network and computer troubleshooting •Coordinate specific Sequences associated with troubleshooting and problem solving, application problems, and install new software and or hardware• communicating with the immediate supervisor on aspect of end user computing and or equipment and application requirements• Installing /configuring set-up commands, testing and solving of logs, and conducting analysis and evaluation of the functionality of application software• Upgrades and repairs computer and printer components/peripheral devices• Set up LAN cabing and troubleshooting• Attending logged calls remotely.
