Recommendations

Requirements

Duties
1. Recruitment and selection (Advertisements, appointments, transfers, verification of qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary periods etc) 2. Implement conditions of services (leave, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR etc.) 3. Administration of performance management (PMDS & IQMS) 4. Administration of termination of services 5. Any Ad-hoc Human Resources related duties
