    Requirements

    Minimum three (03) years' National Diploma NQF Level 06 in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development. A minimum of two (02) years' experience in a Human Resources Management and Development environment. A valid driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy. Good people management and problem-solving skills. Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of PERSAL and the e-Leave management system. Knowledge of Public Services Prescripts, Laws, and all other relevant Human Resource policies and prescripts.

    Duties

    Implement human resource provisioning, i.e. recruitment and selection, appointments, transfer, termination of service, verification of qualifications, probationary periods, etc. Implement conditions of service and service benefits, i.e., leave management, housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, etc. Capture, recommend, and approve transactions on the PERSAL system according to delegations. Facilitate the implementation of the performance management and development system. Facilitate the implementation of human resource development. Implement human resource plans, employment equity, and policy development. Prepare reports on human resource matters and statistics.
