Matric + 3 years Degree or National Diploma (NQF L6 or 7) ? Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in Education/ Education Management or other equivalent and relevant qualifications. ? A minimum of five years’ teaching experience in the TVET sector. ? Three (03) years’ experience at a supervisory level will be an added advantage. ? Applicants must be able to teach Business Studies ? Computer literacy. ? A valid driver’s licence. ? Moderator and Assessor Certificate will be an added advantage ? Must be registered with SACE. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? To lead, manage and supervise teaching and learning including blended learning. ? Responsible for organizing and managing sectional resources including budget. ? Ensure that campus and college targets are realized. ? Organize workplaces for placement of students and lecturers. ? Support the Campus Manager as one of senior members of the campus management team in the running of the campus. ? Manage the Business Studies Department. ? Compiled timetables for lecturers. ? Oversee and manage examinations, assessment and certification. ? Participate in Campus Management activities. ? Supervise registration of students.
