Duties
Movement of Furniture and Equipment: Obtain a fully completed and approved Asset movement form and Job Card, Safety move Equipment and Furniture, Usage of relevant trolleys and covering materials for protection, assist with setting up Venues for Events. Proactively maintain Areas and Assets: Conduct minor maintenance duties (Preventative maintenance) daily and record them on the prescribed forms, Gathering of full rubbish/ waste bins for collection by Ekurhuleni Municipality as per schedule. Defects and faults reporting: Daily facilities inspection (Complete inspection sheets for Areas inspected and report back to Facilities Help Desk on areas that require maintenance and obtain a job Card to coordinate maintenance). Monitoring: Monitor Garden and Cleaning of the Premises, Monitor Service Providers when performing their duties. OHS compliance: Always adhere to OHS Policy and Regulations when performing duties.
