These are contract-based positions, in terms of MFMA Financial Management Grant,
not exceeding two years, with a stipend mentioned above with no increase for the
duration of the contract.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be in the possession of a three year National Diploma or B.Com Degree or
any relevant qualification on: Financial Management / Financial Accounting / Economics /
Management Accounting / Risk Management / Auditing.
Tasks and Responsibilities Include:
Implementation of MFMA, GRAP and Budget Reforms, Financial and Budget Management,
Internal Auditing, Risk, Performance and Project Management, Expenditure and Supply Chain
/ Procurement Management, Revenue and Income Management, Asset Management
