Requirements: PREFERABLE minimum N4 + relevant trade test (Qualified Artisan with traceable full apprenticeship background / National Diploma in Engineering as Welder + Trade Test will be an added advantage, Must have at least 3 year relevant industry experience and 3 years training experience, Must be a Qualified Assessor and Moderator with SETA / NAMB will be an advantage, Must have an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate (SHE rep), Must be Computer literate, Ability to work with minimum supervision and ability to work under pressure, Must have a Medical Fitness Certificate.
Duties: Providing training to engineering interns according to the planned training, coordinate training tasks, Monitor learner performance, training record keeping, register learners on the system of QCTO EISA/FISA, write and upload SOR to the QCTO system, Management of workshop tools and equipment, Conduct risk assessment, Investigate and report incidents, directly report to the training Centre manager.
