    Requirements

    ECD qualification at NQF level 5 or above Facilitation experience in ECD, Educare or Education and Development Minimum 3 years of facilitation experience Valid driver’s license and own transport Knowledge of the TVET sector Knowledge of Occupational Training

    Duties

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:  Facilitate Knowledge and Practical Modules of the QCTO OC ECD Practitioner Oversee the workplace component of the qualification and provide support to students Ability to integrate NCF principles into training delivery Provide support to students in Knowledge, Practical and Workplace aspects of the qualification Set up, monitor and maintain student portfolios Conduct Summative Knowledge Assessments Conduct Practical Assessments Conduct an introductory meeting at each workplace Conduct all aspects of assessment (e.g. marking and evaluations)
