| Salary | R623 443.97 per annnum (post level 01 fixed, subject to job evaluation) plus participation in the transport allowance of R 850 km per month. Main Duties: • Managing MIG Funding within the municipal accounting system, for infrastructure projects using MIG funds • Co-ordination of all projects serviced by the PMU • Project feasibility studies and business plans by commissioning and managing project feasibility studies and the development of project business plans • Contract management of all contract with contractors and consultants for each project, including contracts for feasibility studies • Ensures that all Project management activities/ projects meet planning objectives and targets • Ensuring that project-related capacity building and development objectives are met • Monitoring and reporting of all the projects and database preparation of all necessary reports to both the Council and to the MIGMU • Evaluation and assessment of the impact of the MIG program.
