    Requirements

    A Bachelor’s degree or B.Tech degree (NQF level 7) in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Operations Management a valid code EB driver’s license. Experience: 5 years’ middle management experience in a Supply Chain Management environment. Knowledge: Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations, RSA Constitution, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, PFMA, Labour Relations Act, EPMDS, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework, Broad Based Economic Empowerment Act, Financial Delegations, Project Management Principles, SCM Practices and Procedures. Promotion of Access to Information Act, Contract Management, Logistics/Operations Management. Skills: Language, presentation, analytical thinking, interpersonal relations, computer, strategic planning, organizational, research, leadership, financial management, project planning and management, report writing, problem solving, communication, conflict management, be self-disciplined and be able to work under pressure, leadership, relationship management, decision making and policy development.
