CENTRE:PROVINCIALOFFICE(MAHIKENG) REQUIREMENTS:Grade12Certificate.AdvancedDiploma/Bachelor’sDegree(NQFLevel7)asrecognisedby SAQAin PublicAdministration/PublicManagement.3–5yearsprovenexperienceinthefield,ofwhich3must be at Junior Management Level. A valid driver’s license. Experience in rendering service in the Executive Authority’s Office environment will be an added advantage. COMPETENCE: Knowledge: Broad knowledge and understanding of the functional areas covered by the executive authority’s portfolio. Proven management competencies. Working knowledge of the political and parliamentary processes in South Africa. Coordinate the procurement andmaintenance of equipment and administer the budget in the office of the executive authority. Manage the registry of the office of the executive authority. Ensure that documents are classified in accordance with the MIS prescripts and are handled in accordancewiththeirclassification.Liaisewithseniormanagersintheinstitutionswithintheexecutiveauthority’s portfolio.Co-ordinatetheactivitiesoftheexecutiveauthority’soffice.Renderaexecutivecouncilsupportservice to the executive authority.
