The role also calls for a background in coordinating stakeholder consultations, supporting partnerships for knowledge generation and dissemination, and promoting collaboration across digital health ecosystems. Familiarity with Management Service Delivery Innovation is required. Experience managing health-related data and analytics will be an added advantage, as will strong competencies in strategic leadership, problem-solving, client orientation, people management, programme and project management, financial and change management, resilience, communication, and ethical conduct. A valid driver’s licence is required, along with the ability to work independently and within diverse multidisciplinary teams.
Your main duties would involve preserving institutional knowledge and capturing both tacit and explicit knowledge from projects, programmes, and subject matter experts. You would develop and maintain knowledge repositories, promote a culture of knowledge exchange across the digital health unit and other NDoH clusters, and organise knowledge-sharing events, webinars, and workshops.
