    Requirements: - Matric Certificate or equivalent plus a relevant National Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or related field as per subject list. - Minimum of one (1) year industry experience and/or tutoring or lecturing experience in Business Studies. - Current or previous lecturing experience at a TVET College will be an added advantage. - Teachers Qualification will be an added advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-books, and digital learning tools. - Registered Assessor will be an added advantage. - Registered Moderator will be an added advantage. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Sound knowledge of the TVET curriculum, assessment, and examination requirements. • Understanding of online and blended learning methodologies. • Strong online facilitation and instructional skills. • Ability to develop engaging digital learning content aligned to curriculum outcomes. • Strong assessment, moderation, verification, and feedback skills. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Strong planning, organisational, and time-management abilities. • Ability to monitor student progress and implement academic interventions. • Ability to work independently and under pressure. • High levels of professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct. • Ability to work within set timeframes and meet strict deadlines. • Willingness to work outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays. • Ability to manage and take ownership of assigned online student groups.

    Duties: • Ensure effective communication and academic support for all assigned online students. • Facilitate online teaching and learning using the LMS and approved digital platforms. • Conduct live virtual classes/sessions (10–30 minutes per module) and record sessions as proof of delivery. • Develop and upload learning material, recorded lectures/sessions, and assessments onto the LMS. • Manage online discussions and student communication via LMS and WhatsApp platforms. • Track and monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress. • Prepare students for assessments and examinations. • Set, mark, moderate, verify, and archive assessments in line with policy requirements. • Update EPOAs after every assessment on the staff LMS section. • Provide timely academic support and constructive feedback. • Compile, submit, and verify assessment results. • Invigilate and facilitate online proctoring for assessments. • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and college policies. • Submit weekly reports on LMS activity and student engagement.
