    Job Description

    Good
    communication and Interpersonal skills. Good customer relations. System
    development skills. Time management skills. Analytical skills. Knowledge of IT
    support services, desktop/hardware platforms, Windows OS, M365, Microsoft
    Office 365, and Apple iOS. Must be knowledgeable in the functions of a
    service/helpdesk environment.

    Requirements

    Minimum
    three (03) years' National Diploma NQF Level 06 in Information Technology. A
    minimum of two (02) years of end-user experience in an information technology
    environment. A valid driver's license. Certificate in A+, N+, knowledge of ITIL
    V3/V4 Foundation will be an added advantage.

    Duties

    Provide
    end-user support for online services, PC hardware, and software, including
    diagnostics and repairs. Log and attend to calls. System development and
    process modernization. Participate in the implementation and report on IT-related
    projects. Provide dedicated IT support services in online, desktop, mobile, and
    virtual environments. Ensure monitoring of service SLA's and MoUs for the
    desktop, mobile, and video solutions in the IT environment.
