AQUITY Innovations NPC has been appointed by the National Department of Health to serve as one of the GLOBAL FUND TB Sub-Recipients (SRs) in South Africa. The project activities will be implemented in Mpumalanga (Ehlanzeni district) and Eastern Cape provinces. (Buffalo City Metro and Amathole district) whilst the head office positions will be based in Pretoria.
As such we seek to employ the following:
Data Capture / Driver – Mobile and Movable DCXR Units
to be based in Eastern Cape - BCM (*1)

All Inclusive CTC for this vacancy is at R24,707.61 monthly.
Requirements
Grade 12 Code drivers license and PDP Experience Two (2) years’ experience in data capturing and reporting Two years’ experience as a driver Experience in recording and reporting of TB and HIV data Knowledge of capturing data in any health M&E systems (TIER.net. and/or DHIS) will be advantageous Experience in Microsoft Packages Effective data management skills Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills Valid South African code 10 driver’s license plus Professional Driver Permit (PDP) Be compliant with all local driving laws and regulations. Willing to travel and work after hours Knowledge, Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Decision making ability Knowledge of TB and HIV Experience in recording and reporting of TB and HIV data Knowledge of any health systems will be advantageous Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders Customer focus Results driven Good conflict resolution skills
Duties
Key responsibilities Capture, record and report on all data collected from TB screening in communities and facilities Generates daily, weekly and monthly reporting of data for reporting Collect and verify data monthly and quarterly to ensure data quality and conduct data clean-up as required. Provide system generated data and compile reports on successes and challenges to the facility, sub-district/district monthly and quarterly Filing and administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties as required Set up and prepare for daily activities. Drive vehicles for community outreach purposes Conduct social mobilization for demand creation Prepare the vehicle for community outreach and maintain an accurate vehicle log
