A Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 6/7) as recognised by SAQA in any of the following built environment disciplines (Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil /Structural Engineering orElectrical/MechanicalEngineering). 2–3yearsrelevantexperience.Avaliddriver’slicense.KNOWLEDGE: Supervisory,Servicedeliveryinnovation,ProblemSolvingandAnalysis. DUTIES: Identify needs and requirements of new work and repairs through the investigation of customer complaints and new services. Render an inspection service of work done on new projects(bothmaintenanceandcapitalprojects)andexistingstructures.Compilerelevantprojectdocumentation for new and existing structures. Manage the activities of contractors on project sites. Gather and submit information in terms of the extended public works programme, the Framework for Infrastructure Delivery and Procurement Management (FIDPM). Manage the departmental leased office accommodation portfolio and ensure, that leased buildings are OHS compliant through monitoring systems agreed with landlords. Requirements
