Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSFormal Qualifications: Relevant NQF level 7 qualification in Business Management/ Economics/Commerce Experience: At least 5 years in business development, marketing and project management environment. Ideal: Knowledge of the transport industry an advantage. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Strategic Planning and reporting. Knowledge of government and SADC protocols. Ability to build Inter-relationship between the Agency and external stakeholders. Duties
KEY PERFORMANCE AREASThe successful candidate will be expected, among others to: Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Lead the formation of strategic partnerships, increased revenue and commercialisation of business process Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Establish and manage the Agency’s Training Academy Shape opportunities into structured programmes, projects, concept notes, and proposals with clear scope, deliverables, and commercial logic. Seek partnerships on Corporate Social Investment (CSI).
