    Key Performance Areas

    Participate and contribute to policy development and strategic and operational planning. Develop and co-ordinate skills development plans. Administration of bursaries, internship and learnership programme. Manage and utilise resource (financial, human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.

    Prerequisites

    Grade 12 plus an NQF 6 qualification in Human Resource Development / Human Resource Management / Public Administration / Public Administration or equivalent as recognized by SAQA. Minimum of three (3) years of experience within Human Resources Management, of which two (2) year must be at supervisory level (Personnel Practitioner). Valid driver’s license (with exception of person(s) with disability.
