    Job Purpose

    The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to support the provincial performance planning and implementation processes to improve the quality of performance indicators and supporting data and the use of performance data to improve service delivery. This post is stationed in Cape Town, CBD.

    Minimum Requirements

    An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (or higher qualification); A minimum of 3 years relevant supervisory level experience in performance planning, data management and data sharing environement or relevant field. A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence

    Key Performance Areas

    Produce a set of relevant, accurate and insightful data and evidence products aligned to the Results Based Monitoring and Evaluations (RBM&E) and Data Governance approaches; Transform the capabilities of the data and evidence services; Build an emerging data ecosystem; Build and advance a responsive Provincial Data Office (PDO) operating model.

    Competencies
