Requirements
NQF Level 7 in Financial Accounting /Auditing. Driver’s license. 3 to 5 years’ working experience in local government finance within Provincial Grants Management.
Duties
To Perform the monitoring of provincial grants management to enhance compliance with the relevant legislation and related regulations. Perform the
monitoring of unspent provincial grants in local government and transferring provincial departments (TPDs) to enhance compliance with the relevant legislation and related regulations. Implement intergovernmental relations (internally and externally) including participation in intergovernmental meetings, workshops, collaboration sessions. Provide support to municipalities pertaining to provincial grants management. Facilitate the administrative function of the sub-directorate.

One will be a practical exercise, and the other will be an Integrity (Ethical Conduct) Assessment.
