The role also involves the implementation of Workplace Skills Plans, including liaising with skills development committees, developing the Workplace Skills Development plan, conducting WSP awareness workshops, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports. Furthermore, the position entails the delivery of training programmes such as induction and orientation sessions, facilitating Adult Basic Education and Training, conducting training sessions, and administering the departmental bursary scheme.
