Job Purpose
The Department of Police Oversight and Community Safety, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to ensure capacity building and implementation of training programmes of safety partners in support of the Western Cape Safety Plan.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher); A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas
Manage and monitor the funding support and implementation of youth training programmes in line with the Western Cape Safety Plan; Coordinate partnerships to support the training and deployment of safety and security partners in alignment with the Western Cape Safety Plan; Oversee administrative support to Management; Facilitate the alignment, monitoring, and reporting of all activities related to the implementation of the Safety Plan; Managerial function.
