    Job Purpose:

    Coordinates and implements administrative procedures, systems and controls associated with projects within the Trading Services and Infrastructure Department of the Human Resources Directorate, in order to facilitate and support projects and ensure compliance with all administrative requirement.

    Key Responsibility Areas:

    •   Implements the administrative requirements associated with projects.
    •   Coordinates and controls the logistical arrangements for workshops, training, presentations and related events.
    •   Performs specific administration functions associated with providing support to specific Unit requirement.
    •   Controls the completion and verification of information detailed in vacancy and appointment circulars or publications.
    •   Maintain and update Human resources Procedures manuals, relevant computerized and manual records.
    •   Monitor and ensure prompt co- ordination of courses and programmes.
    •   Responsible for related assignments and projects as determined by Manager
    •   Undertake research as directed by the Manager.

    Essential Requirements:

    •   Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in the Administrative field.
    •   Valid motor vehicle driving license.
    •   3 years relevant experience
    •   Computer Literacy.

    Preferred Requirements:

    •   Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Administrative field.
    •   4 Years relevant experience.

     

     

     

    Requirements

    Essentail Experience 2 Years relevant experience. Preferred Experience 3 Years relevant experience. Essential Qualifications Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification., Valid motor vehicle driving license. Preferred Qualifications Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
