Requirements
An appropriate National Diploma/Degree in Auditing, Internal Auditing, Accounting, Financial Management, Risk Management or related field. 1-2 years relevant experience. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: Knowledge of Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations. Financial training, data analysis, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, innovative and creative. Understanding of Public Service policy and legislative framework. Understanding of broader Public Service transformation processes. Good interpersonal relations, ability to network, integrity and honesty.
Duties
Administration and coordination of audit inquiries. Monitor the progress of audit inquiries and corrective actions. Support the implementation and maintenance of internal control measures. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding audit inquiries and responses. Maintain audit and compliance records in accordance with records management policies. Management of resources. Management of performance information.
