Requirements
National Diploma/Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification. 1–2 years' relevant experience in stores, logistics or related environment. Computer literate. Valid driver’s licence. Competencies And Attributes: PFMA Chapter 5. Treasury Regulations, Public Service Regulations. White Paper on Corrections (applicable sections). PASM chapter 15, BAS, GRAP. Supply Chain Manuals –Procurement, PASM chapter 12, 14, 15. Labour legislation. Plan, organise, leadership and control. Good interpersonal, conflict management and problem-solving skills. Responsible, fairness, judgement, assertive, initiative, integrity, credibility, accountability, integrity and innovative.
Duties
Render acquisition services. Receive requests for goods from end users. Receive and issue stores items. Receive and check goods against relevant documentation. Maintain stores records and information. Update and maintain goods registers and databases. Management of resources. Management of performance information.
