    POST 25/108 : ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK: SUPERVISOR: ENFORCEMENT REF NO: RECRUIT 2026/249 Asset Forfeiture Unit SALARY : R338 106 per annum (Level 07), (excluding benefits) CENTRE : Pretoria: Head Office REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate B Degree (NQF level 7) or Three (3) year Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration, Finance or relevant qualification. Minimum two (2) years relevant experience working in administrative support environment. Knowledge of legislation and regulations pertaining to the Public Service Act and Regulations, PFMA, POCA, the SA Archives Act, Administration of Estates, Insolvency Act, the NPA Act, Access to information Act and SCM Framework. Knowledge of AFU and NPA policies and procedures relevant to the job functions. Knowledge of Electronic Case Management System (ECMS) and SharePoint will be an added advantage. Demonstrable competency in acting Independently, Professionally, Accountable and with Credibility. Administration, communication skills. Interpersonal relations skills. Reporting skills. General computer literacy skills and knowledge in programs MS Word; Excel; PowerPoint and Outlook. writing and task/time management skills. DUTIES : Provide high quality administrative support to the component including regions. Provide administrative support to the two Deputy Directors’ in enforcement. Process invoices for payments. Attend queries from service providers and business units relating to payments. Reconcile monthly commitments. Facilitate payments to curators and auctioneers. Ensure that payment advises are obtained from finance. Ensure that all payments are in compliance with regulations. Attend meetings regarding responsibilities. Maintain ECMS. Receive and file proofs of CARA deposits from regions. Receive or request CARA bank statements from Sout African Reserve Bank. Process subsistence and travel claim for the HOE and DDs. Process cellphone and data reimbursement claims for the HOE and DDs. Maintain a good filing and record keeping. Keep a well-organised administrative system for the office. Manage communication with the internal and external stakeholders. Compile and submit consolidated monthly reports.
