    Requirements

    A Senior Certificate/ National Certificate (Vocational) NQF level 4. Knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act (Act No 93 of 1996) and its relevant regulations and all amended regulations. Knowledge and the ability to apply the new Public Services Regulations and Labour Relations Act. Extensive knowledge of the eNaTIS and its application in terms of the National Road Traffic Act. Knowledge of internal and external codes of conduct. Knowledge of Public Service reporting procedures. Knowledge of internal procedures (Circulars). Problem solving skills. Interpersonal skills. Time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy. NaTIS skills. Communication skills in both IsiZulu and English. Organising and planning skills. The ideal candidate must be reliable, honest, innovative, decisive, culturally sensitive and have Integrity. He/ she must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, be conscientious, innovative, committed in promoting service delivery, team orientated and accurate. He/she must have the ability to interpret and apply legislation and policy, be analytical and innovative thinker and have the ability to deal with a variation of functions at any given time without losing control.

    Duties

    Provide extensive and in-depth telephonic guidance to provide office assistance to Provincial offices, Agencies/Post Offices throughout KZN in respect of legislation, procedures, eNaTIS, new software releases etc. Perform Auxiliary duties in respect of preparing and typing of official correspondence. Distribution of Circulars and Maintenance of Filing System. Perform general admin duties e.g. Stationery requisition and submit S&T and sub vehicle claims. Keep record & open files for each individual at Agencies throughout KZN.
