General administrative responsibilities include the submission of call rosters and leave forms to PGWC-HR, ordering of office consumables and equipment, asset management, and ensuring effective records management and maintenance of filing systems. The role also involves liaising with provincial departments and all other stakeholders, and maintaining stroke unit data on the Res-Q database, ensuring timely and accurate entry of stroke patient records and submission of related reports.
