Remuneration

Duties (key result areas/outputs)
Perform all administrative duties pertaining to the Personnel Administration section (e.g. appointments, service terminations, transfers, pension administration, PILIR, salary administration, leave, housing, injury on duty, distribution of monthly pay slips, debt management, verify documents and qualifications). Responsible for capturing transactions on PERSAL. Handle all personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal). Auditing of personnel and leave records. Assist with all other administrative functions in the Personnel component.
Minimum educational qualification
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
Experience
Appropriate experience in People Management. Appropriate experience regarding PERSAL salary system.
Inherent requirements of the job
Ability to work under pressure. Prepared to work overtime when required. Ability to function in a multi-disciplinary team.
Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Basic understanding of People Management. Knowledge and Experience of Persal and its relevant functions. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good (written and verbal) communication skills.
