Requirements
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification). Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment; Skills needed: Good verbal and written communication; Planning and organisation; Computer Literacy; Interpersonal relations; Flexibility and Teamwork.
Duties
Render general clerical support services to the Corporate Relations Unit; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component; Provide a support service on OHS compliance for the department.
